We understand that in our community, the only long-term way to succeed as a company is to provide our customers a convenient, safe, and cost effective approach to their Hawaii pest control needs. We take the time in ensuring each of our service technicians are trained and hired first as responsible, personable individuals. Without great technicians, we could not maintain our high service standards and keep our customers happy .
Communication is an important element in our customer satisfaction goals. Educating our customers on what they can expect from our service and direct communication with their service technicians are just a couple of the ways we try to provide better service to our customers. We use GPS on all our service vehicles to assure prompt service and a record of the service time and length as well as safety while on the road.
We also understand concerns with the use of harmful products around your home and loved ones. At Kilauea, we use state-of-the-art materials including baits, insect growth regulators and low or no-odor products that reduce the amount of material used and exposure to these products compared to conventional pest companies who do not employ green pest control solutions.
As pest control is not an exact science, we make sure to make right whatever pest control problem you may have between your regular services. Every service company makes mistakes. It’s how responsive and helpful a company is in resolving a problem and we do our very best to make sure to make any visit efficient and convenient for you.
