If you’re dealing with these guys, you need professional help. German roaches are the number one roach problem for humans. There are several reasons for this, but most importantly is their reproduction rate makes them a constant invader of homes as well as commercial kitchens and storage areas of Hawaii.
Another issue stemming from the reproduction rate of German cockroaches is their bait aversion. Hawaii news now did a segment featuring our owner, John Speed, on this topic:

German Roaches are about half the size of big 747 (American) roaches We have here in Hawaii. They’re generally light brown or blondish and thin. These roaches need lots of water so we’ll generally find them in the kitchen and bathroom areas. However, with the right conditions, they’ll be anywhere.
Interestingly, I’ve seen these roaches in the garbage around the campsites at the remote Kalalau Valley on the North Shore of Kauai. It’s interesting, because in general, these roaches are structural pests. You’ll almost never find them outside. The come in with stuff from other people’s house, or from a store, hitch hiking on boxes, bags, and “stuff” from their previous home. With restaurants, we find this to be a problem because of the regular shipments from suppliers that may have roach issues and spread them in their delivery vehicles.
Speaking of vehicles, these roaches are notorious for infesting cars. I guarantee there are car accidents here in Hawaii from a roach crawling on the driver and them freaking out! As regular customers, we can treat you vehicle as well to ensure a bug free car. Yes, it will help to not eat food in the car, but if you have kids, it can be a challenge.
As with all pests, great and small, you don’t have to live with them. Call us for immediate control of roaches (German or otherwise) today!
