Here’s a look back at the highlights from our 2025 Kilauea Pest Control Conference.

We were lucky to be joined by two incredible industry professionals who brought years of experience and knowledge to our team.
Why Outside Perspectives Matter
One of the most valuable parts of our conference is the chance to learn from leaders outside of our own company — people who participate in this industry from different angles and bring fresh knowledge to help us grow.
This year, we were grateful to welcome Sanya Brandow-Kettler of NISUS Corporation and Kelli Jaramillo of Veseris, two highly respected professionals who each bring decades of hands-on experience in pest management.
Sanya, who manages the Hawaii territory for NISUS, has been serving the local pest control and environmental industries since 1997. With a background in both fieldwork and leadership, she shared key updates on EPA regulations and innovations that help us continue offering safe, sustainable solutions for our customers.
Kelli, now an outside sales representative at Veseris, started her journey in pest control as a customer service rep and worked her way up to earning multiple licenses in both general pest and termite treatment. Her experience gave our team practical insights into compliance, and best practices we can apply daily in the field.
Bringing in experts like Santa and Kelli helps ensure we’re always improving, always learning, and always raising the bar for what pest control in Hawaii can be.
Community-Focused Customer Service Tips
We also had the honor of welcoming Andria Tupola, Honolulu City Council District 1 Member (2021–present), to speak with our team.
As someone who works closely with the community every single day, Andria gave us a fresh perspective on customer service. She spoke about the power of listening deeply, visiting often, and truly connecting with the people you serve.
Whether she’s sitting down for a meal with community members or responding to their concerns, Andria’s message was clear: Great service starts with genuine care and attention. Her words reminded us that while pest control is what we do, people are why we do it.
Celebrating 2024 Wins and Setting 2025 Goals
Of course, no Kilauea Conference would be complete without reflecting on the hard work of the past year and setting big goals for the future.
Looking Back at 2024
We couldn’t be more proud of what our team accomplished last year. From growing our crew and expanding services to reaching new milestones in customer satisfaction, 2024 was a year of major progress. Taking the time to celebrate those wins together reminded us just how much we can achieve when we’re united by a shared mission.

As we look toward the year ahead, we’re setting our sights on raising the bar even higher. In 2025, we’re focused on:
