The same applies across Oʻahu. Someone looking for pest control in Kailua or Kāneʻohe shouldn’t choose a plan based on location alone, just as a homeowner in Honolulu, ʻEwa Beach, Kapolei, or Mililani shouldn’t.
Instead, consider:
- The pests you’re currently seeing
- Pest problems you’ve had in the past
- How frequently pest activity returns
- Rodent activity around the property
- Whether you have pets

Express: Foundational Recurring Pest Control
Our Express Home Pest Package includes quarterly recurring service and is our most straightforward option.
It’s designed for homeowners looking for foundational recurring pest control without the additional services included in our Essential and Elite plans.
Essential: More Frequent Service and Added Coverage
Essential includes bi-monthly pest control and additional services around the property, including exterior de-webbing, rodent trapping, first-floor paper wasp coverage, deep soil treatments, and German roach flushes.
This plan may make more sense if you want more frequent service or have additional pest pressures around your property that aren’t covered under Express.
Elite: Our Broadest Home Pest Coverage
Elite also includes bi-monthly service but expands coverage to additional pests, including fleas and ticks, carpenter ants, and little fire ants. It also includes vehicle treatments and is our Pet-Preferred option.
For homeowners with pets or properties dealing with these additional pest concerns, Elite provides the broadest coverage of our three Home Pest Packages.

While our Home Pest Packages have service agreements, you can switch between Express, Essential, and Elite as your needs change. Maybe you start with Express and later want the additional coverage included with Essential. Or you get a pet and decide Elite makes more sense for your home.
